X-Training (AGED 12 & UP) Unique
Programs run and operate all year long so you may join at any time, however X-Training doesn’t run on Saturday during July and August.
X-Training is a ciruit based class open to the public and all sports groups. It consists of cardio-vascular, strength training and athletic skills designed to promote explosive speed, agility, balance, cordination, stamina, and best of all, weight loss while matining muscle, strength and power. It is safe and effective and is an amazing workout. All you need is short, t-shirt, a towel (for your sweat), and lots of water.
